Rojak is a Javanese salad dish that is popular in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. The most popular variation is a salad of sliced fruit and vegetables served with a spicy palm sugar dressing. Because of its sweet, hot, and spicy dressing composed of crushed chilli, palm sugar, and peanuts, it is sometimes described as tangy and spicy fruit salad.
